SOFOE santé social is a company created in 2006 specialized in the intended formations:
  • For associations of assistance to residence
  • At the private and public old people's homes
  • With the health care institutions: Private clinics and public hospitals
The missions of SOFOE are:
  • Propose and develop a teaching answering the permanent evolution of the care in a health care system in full change
  • To give a particular listening and an answer adapted in term of formation
  • To bring a council and an accompaniment to the actors of health intervening in the, social and médico social structures
SOFOE santé social develops 3 axes of activity:
  • Training of people working in EHPAD (old people's home) who wish to acquire or develop their competences in the accompaniment of the elderly people and/or handicapped.
  • Training of people working in private or public care establishments who wish to improve their care competences either technical andor relational.
  • The audit and the council aiming to accompany the establishments which wish to optimize their political formation within the framework of annual or multiannual plans and to enter an approach of permanent improvement of quality in their care.
In Europe:
  • Organization of mobility for the program Leonardo da Vinci for the health professionals: welcoming and sending students or health professionals in the European countries
  • Partner in various projects since 2006 on the program TOI ("transfer of innovation")

SOFOE trains today 1 000 trainees a year in 20 different public or private care establishments. 17 trainers are working altogether in the pedagogic team.
