University College Lillebaelt

University College Lillebaelt is one of seven university colleges in Denmark established 1 January 2008. Geographically, University College Lillebaelt covers part of the Southern Region of Denmark and has approximately 7,000 students and 700 employees.

University College Lillebaelt offers higher education programmes, characterized as first cycle studies within the European Quality Framework, level 6. The university college trains social educators, teachers, nurses, radiographers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, biomedical laboratory scientists, public administrators and social workers and the graduates are rewarded with a professional bachelor degree.

The main language of instruction is Danish and all full degree bachelor programmes are taught in Danish, however, some departments offer courses and semesters taught in English as well as practice placements with supervision in English.
